It is Preventive Medicine Associates' policy to assist the patients with all their insurance plans as much as possible. Nonetheless, our relationship and our efforts are with the patient, not with their insurance company or their policy. We expect to be paid for our work and for our service just like everybody else. We will help with your bills as much as possible, but we expect the patients to acknowledge that they are ultimately responsible for their bills just as they are ultimately responsible for their health.

Our billing staff is available to help you with any problems you may have with your insurance company. If there are any billing problems, please don't hesitate to contact us and if you don't resolve it with dealing with the billing department, bring the matter to the attention of the doctor or nurse practitioner who provided the service. If personal finances are a problem, please let us know and we will try and work with you.
